Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about False Lashes (Application).
This service includes expert application technique and specialized adhesive only; physical lash strips are not included. You may bring your preferred strips, or we can help you select compatible lashes for an additional fee prior to application.
Applied with professional adhesive, false lashes usually stay secure for the duration of an event—commonly 6–12 hours depending on activity, moisture exposure, and lash quality. Avoid rubbing or steam to maintain adhesion throughout the day.
We use professional-grade adhesive formulated for eyelash application. Clients with known sensitivities should request a patch test. Our artists can recommend hypoallergenic alternatives or advise against the service if a reaction risk is identified.
Appointments typically take 20–40 minutes depending on style complexity and customization. We allow extra time for detailed placement to ensure a secure, natural-looking result. Consultations or lash selection may extend the appointment.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes for optimal adhesion. Remove mascara and eye makeup beforehand; oil-free cleansers are best. If needed, we can remove residual makeup for a small fee to ensure proper bonding.
Avoid water, steam, heavy sweating, and oil-based products for the first 12–24 hours to allow adhesive to cure. Gently avoid rubbing your eyes and handle strips carefully. Follow stylist guidance for removal or reapplication.
